UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Design & Development

• Conductuser and market researchto understand problem statements, define research scope, and produce insights reports.
• Design responsive, accessible UI components and ensure strong UX integration in front-end development.
• Translate user stories intouser flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.

User Research & Usability

• Plan andconduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs, pain points, and feature opportunities.
• Apply research insights to improve navigation, usability, and overall engagement.

Visual Communication & Campaign Design

• Create visually compelling EDMs, banners, and digital assetsfor innovation campaigns and programme outreach.
• Enhance visual storytelling and maintain consistent branding across initiatives.

Collaboration & Programme Support

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams to iterate on design solutions.
• Support programme activities including sharing sessions, and showcase events.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least5 years of UI/UX experience.
• Strong skills ininteraction design, visual design, and tools such asFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Knowledge ofresponsive designandaccessibility standards.
• Ability to create visually appealing digital campaign assets and prototypes.
• Experience withcrowdsourcing or community engagement toolsis a bonus.
