Job Purpose
Working with internal teams and externalpartners producing and delivering Insightful social behaviour changecommunications. Creating work that makes an impact on humanity in some way, not just the next ad or commercial campaign.
Responsibilities include:
Support, in person, the team located in Singapore within our office at M&C Saatchi and attend weekly meetings with our Australian and UK offices as and when required.
Responsible to keep program tracking on agreed delivery expectations.
Oversee production and deliverables in line with media deadlines and editorial calendar requirements.
Organise creative reviews and ensure implementation and execution of creative guidance shared.
Work closely with account, research and strategy teams to ensure a full understanding of purpose of content and be able to accurately assess whether it is on strategy.
Adhere to formats, specifications, and regulations with regards to social media and digital best practice.
Lead on translation of digital content types with third-party or local partner in the region (podcast, film, images, illustration, animation, etc.)
Liaising with local experts like translators & community managers in identifying the correct approach for content.
Providing technical guidance and expertise, adhering to industry best practice.
Provide Quality Assurance function across products to ensure they are ready for publishing from a content and production perspective.
Attend shoots or facilitate events within the region and travel internationally to meet partners when required.
Reporting:
Reporting to Executive Producer and Head of Production.
Contribute detailed information on your projects weekly
Situational Awareness:
Build on an in-depth understanding of the media environment in the region in order to understand more about the projects you work across within the region.
Essential:
Language fluency in English
Strong organizational skills.
Cultural and political knowledge within the APAC region.
Experience working on projects which evolve digital design, events, post-production, video production.
Ability to build content frame works in collaboration with media team.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to travel worldwide and work independently.
Social media campaigns, proven experience in digital content creation and knowledge of content, podcasts, YouTube videos, and other social/popular media where digital production is required.
Proficient in project management tools/trackers, Adobe suite and Microsoft Office programs.
Skilled in AI prompting and strong understanding of AI visual generation (i.e. Chat GPT, Mid-Journey, Hey Gen, VEO, Runway etc.)
Desirable:
A firm interest and understanding of geo-politics and International Relations with a foundation of knowledge on Asia-Pacific politics.
Fluent in a second language, like Mandarin.
Additional Key Qualities
Client facing roles commensurate with Senior Account Director or Production house senior producer level.
Experience with B2B engagement.
Understanding of the Company's culture and communications business.
Sense of responsibility to towards the organisation's reputation and confidential by nature.
Forward leaning with a can-do attitude in support of the team with an obvious personality to make things happen with everyone around them.
Anticipation of challenges, managing up skills, and show of initiative across all projects.
