. Designs intuitive map interactions, dashboards, and data discovery experiences creates service blueprints and user journeys that improve usability and adoption.

. Collaborates with product, GIS, and engineering teams to prototype, test, and iterate interfaces, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and consistent data storytelling.
