About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design initiatives across Nas.io's core platform.

This role contributes to defining the user experience strategy and product design standards across Nas.io's platform as the company scales internationally.

You will own the full product design lifecycle, from user research and problem discovery to UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity implementation.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to translate product vision and user insights into scalable digital experiences that help creators build and grow their online businesses.

As a Product Designer on the team, you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape both the product and the design culture as the company scales.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product design

Own the design process from discovery and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation across web and mobile experiences.

Translate product strategy into user experiences

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to translate product strategy, user insights, and business goals into intuitive and scalable product solutions.

Solve complex product challenges

Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences that support entrepreneurs building businesses on Nas.io.

Drive product impact

Design experiences that improve user activation, engagement, and product adoption across the platform.

Collaborate cross-functionally

Work closely with the Founder/CEO, product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction and influence key product decisions.

Ensure high-quality implementation

Collaborate with engineering teams during handoff and development to ensure design intent and user experience quality are maintained in production.

Champion design excellence

Help raise the bar for design quality, systems thinking, and user-centric decision making across the company.

What You'll Need

. 6+ years of experience in product design, ideally working on SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce platforms

. Experience designing complex digital products across web and mobile

. Strong proficiency in Figma (experience with Framer or Jitter is a bonus)

. Ability to translate user research and product insights into clear UX solutions

. Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders

. Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams

. A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and impact
