Work with stake holders including financial institutions, technology leaders, and internal teams to develop and design websites and applications with both functionality and aesthetics in mind for digital assets and financial services
Analyse the Authority's needs and document user experience requirements for complex financial applications with public-facing infrastructure
Plan, design, and implement User Interfaces that meet the specific needs of financial sector projects whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Plan the layout and information architecture of websites and applications for optimal user experience in financial services contexts
Work closely with the Authority's users, Technical Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new digital solutions
Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive interfaces for financial applications
Create comprehensive design systems and style guides that maintain consistency across multiple financial platforms and applications
Support the Project Manager in coordinating design deliverables and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
Work with Solution Architects to ensure design feasibility within technical infrastructure constraints
Create wireframes, mock ups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and development guidance
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Experience with enterprise, fintech, or government projects is a plus
Design websites and apps that are easy and pleasant to use
Work with business, tech, and finance teams to understand user needs
Create wireframes, layouts, and user flows (how users move through a system)
Make sure designs meet financial/regulatory requirements
Create design systems(rules for colors, fonts, layouts, etc.)
Skills needed:
UI/UX design tools(Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Understanding of user experience principles
Wireframing and prototyping skills
Basic knowledge of web/app development (helps with developer collaboration)
Ability to work with Stakeholders and explain design decisions
