At our Singapore site on Jurong Island, we operate a state-of-the-art integrated chemical manufacturing facility supporting customers across the Asia-Pacific region. As part of our continued growth and operational excellence journey, we are looking for an experienced Turnaround Planner to join our Technical Services team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate turnaround and shutdown activities in consideration of safety, resource allocation, and operational timelines
- Develop and maintain turnaround schedules, including identification and tracking of critical paths
- Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of turnaround activities
- Prepare, organise, and monitor work scope planning activities and preparation progress
- Conduct schedule reviews and daily progress tracking during turnaround execution
- Prepare and distribute turnaround progress reports and updates
- Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with plant HSEQ requirements and safe execution of field activities
- Participate in preparation and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant experience within petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, refinery, or heavy industrial environments
- Experience in turnaround/shutdown planning and coordination will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Gantt charts and PERT
- Good understanding of field work coordination and maintenance activities
- Familiar with industrial safety requirements and permit-to-work practices (e.g. LOTOTO)
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
