Job Summary
Lead the Technical Department to ensure effective manpower deployment, maintenance, dry-docking planning, cost control, and safety management across all vessels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Department to coordinate technical operations and maintenance activities on board vessels
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to maintain all machinery on vessels, ensuring operational readiness
- Develop and execute dry-docking schedules and oversee technical repairs and maintenance during dry-docking
- Control and monitor vessel maintenance budgets to optimize costs and ensure financial accountability
- Manage overall safety protocols for vessels, including crew safety and ship condition compliance
Requirements
- At least 5 years experiences as Technical Manager
- Diploma in Marine related or COC 1
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill.
