Job Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and employee records
- Maintain leave, attendance, and HR database records
- Assist with payroll processing for employees
- Support insurance claims and training course applications
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation records
- Manage office supplies and general office coordination
- Provide administrative support including email handling and document preparation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
