Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with business over an8-month contract. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Duration

  • Ability to commit from May to December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee records, work pass application etc.).
  • Partner with Managers on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements.
  • Work with payroll vendor in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll processing.
  • Provide monthly payroll inputs and sign-off the payroll.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices and labour law in Singapore.
  • Ability to balance strategic partnering with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
