Overview:
Support talent acquisition activities within the Engineering sectors. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and placing engineering professionals across technical and managerial functions while building long-term client and candidate relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development, talent sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within Engineering related sectors.
- Understand clients hiring requirements, technical skillsets, project needs, and organizational structures.
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, database search, and headhunting activities.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates on technical competencies, project experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate profiles, salary benchmarking, market mapping, and hiring insights for clients.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, salary negotiations, and offer management between clients and candidates.
- Achieve individual sales, placement, and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS/CRM systems and ensure timely updates.
- Keep up to date with market trends, salary movements, hiring demands, and industry developments within the engineering sector.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resource, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales/business development is preferred.
- Exposure to Engineering or Technical hiring will be advantageous.
- Resourceful, proactive, and confident in engaging clients and candidates.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
