Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations for project materials, ensuring seamless coordination from purchase order issuance to final site delivery.
This role is critical in ensuring project timelines are met through precise material planning, shipment coordination, inventory control, cost optimisation, and compliance with import/export and customs processes.

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- Salary: S$3,300 - S$3,600/month (based on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle logistics coordination from purchase order issuance to final site delivery
- Coordinate shipments with global vendors, factories, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Ensure timely delivery of project materials aligned with installation and project schedules
- Manage inventory control using ERP systems (SAP) and maintain accurate stock tracking (including RFID where applicable)
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments across multiple project sites in Singapore
- Ensure compliance with customs clearance requirements and shipping documentation standards
- Arrange marine insurance coverage for shipments when required
- Drive cost efficiency through vendor negotiation and logistics optimisation strategies
- Analyse logistics performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly logistics performance and cost analysis reports for management review
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and procurement-related logistics activities
- Support cross-functional coordination between procurement, project, and site teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Strong understanding of logistics coordination, shipment processes, and inventory control
Preferred Experience
- Experience in project-based logistics within engineering, construction, or OEM environments
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs processes
- Experience in multi-site coordination and delivery management
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to cost control or process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
