Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing liquidity, structural interest rates and regulatory risks for the bank.
- Manage Treasury's equity portfolio positions as part of the desk's strategy of investing the bank's excess cash to generate revenue.
- Assist with Treasury's FX client business in quoting, execution and hedging of client FX positions to maximise revenue.
- Participate in the management of investments utilizing excess cash for revenue generation and yield enhancement.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage a good relationship with banking community, financial institutions, and Head Office for better business alignment.
- Set up and provide support to the development and running of digital banking treasury systems and processes for the digital bank.
- Assist in review, analysis and recommendation of treasury policies, procedures, quality, and standard work practices to ensure effective performance of treasury activities and adherence to relevant laws, digital bank's policies, and rules and regulations established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalentfrom a recognized University.
- 6-10 years relevant workexperience in equity trading with proven track record.
- Strong understanding of bank's treasury systems, bank products, treasury risk, balance sheet management function, instruments with a passion for capital markets, macroeconomics, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with asset and liability management, FTP and financial modelling will be an advantage.
- Initiative-taking, proactive, and versatile collaborator, attention to detail and possessing excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Hands-on and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and has good interpersonal, communication and writing skill.
- Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices(FMRP) certificate is a pre-requisite.
