MAIN PURPOSE

The Procurement Senior Manager will work in partnership with the stakeholders, to develop and implement Procurement strategies and policies that are in alignment with Corporate Governance & Compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Procurement policies and guidelines for both direct (local) and indirect procurement to support business strategies of Travel Retail Asia
• Implement procurement strategy, best practices, good operations and systems processes across various functions in Travel Retail Asia
• Business Partnering with internal stakeholders to optimise resources
• Establish savings targets, formalise and develop tracking process
• Communicate with stakeholders on cost trends to explain cost drivers variances
• and communicate on a quarterly basis to the various stakeholders
• Implement KPIs for Operational Excellence
• Align with Shiseido Corporate Procurement Strategy
• Drive annual procurement savings
• Lead the procurement council for RFP approval

REQUIREMENTS

• Bacholor's degree or equivalent
• Procurement certifications would be advantageous
• 10+ years management experience
• Business Partnering with internal stakeholders to optimise resources
• Results orientated with an attention to detail and accuracy
• Good supplier/vendor management relationship skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
