Your new role

As an HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering), you will take on a newly created role, combining hands‑on talent attraction with strategic HR partnering responsibilities across the APAC region.

This role is suited for a proactive HR professional who is comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and building structure where needed. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, elevating employer branding, and acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally beginning your career as a HR Generalist before transitioning into Talent Acquisition / Talent Attraction, with exposure to HR Business Partnering responsibilities.

You will be recognised for your:
  • Experience working within multinational, regional environments, preferably covering APAC
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and regional regulations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and take initiative in a fast‑moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Experience with HR systems and recruitment modules will be advantageous.
