Job Description

This role works closely with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, educational institutions, and employees to attract, onboard, and retain talent while supporting HR operations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of functions, including operations, events, commercial, corporate, digital, and seasonal hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and career fairs.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare employment offers, coordinate reference checks, and support salary recommendations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring costs.
  • Manage relationships with educational institutions for internship and graduate hiring programmes.
  • Coordinate internship placements, onboarding, and development initiatives.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administer onboarding activities, including employment documentation, background checks, system access, equipment issuance, and orientation programmes.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and support successful integration into the organisation.
  • Manage probation and confirmation processes.
  • Support employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries relating to HR policies, leave, benefits, and procedures.
  • Manage employee exit processes and offboarding administration.
  • Support leave administration and employee data management.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems.
  • Prepare recruitment, headcount, and HR operational reports.
  • Support HR analytics, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
  • Participate in HR system testing and enhancement projects.

Policies, Governance & Compliance

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF regulations, TAFEP guidelines, and other relevant employment legislation.
  • Support internal audits and HR compliance reviews.

HR Projects

  • Support workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives.
  • Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and other HR-related projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, attractions, startup, greenfield, or fast-paced environments will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, TAFEP guidelines, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
