TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring transportation activities for optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and operational performance
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, andopportunities for cost reduction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Coordinate communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of transportation personnel
• Support the development and management of transportation budgets and forecasts
