- Initiate and develop new repairs for aero-engine components.
- Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.
- Design tooling and fixtures to support repair operations.
- Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
- Perform new machine and process qualifications.
- Drive process improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and repair yield.
- Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Lead technical recommendations and provide technical dispositions to the Production team.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement / Kaizen projects.
- Carry out other engineering-related duties as assigned.
- Comply with company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering Or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
