As the Training Manager, you will lead the design, development, and execution of the organization's learning and development (L&D) initiatives. You will manage a team of training professionals, implement innovative learning strategies, and drive measurable performance improvements across the organization. To succeed, you'll bring strategic thinking, strong people management, and a results-driven approach to aligning training programs with business objectives.
