Role Description
· Conduct training needs analysis to identify training gaps for development and implementation of annual training plans in accordance with Company's vision and directives.
· Curate, develop and maintain training and coaching materials based on the Company's directives and training plans.
· Conduct in-house training programs and active coaching to identified stakeholders.
· Collaborate closely with boutique managers and Brand partners to ensure the retail teams maintain a high standard of knowledge.
· Work with external agencies for training solutions to specific needs.
· Drive motivation in the team to uphold high customer service standards.
· Regular review of Mystery Shopping evaluations with the team.
· Develop evaluation/feedback tools to measure the effectiveness of training conducted and prepare action plans based on data collected.
· Generate and analyse training report as and when required.
· Plan and monitor training budget & resources optimization.
· On-site visits to observe purchase behaviour and interactions to identify gaps.
· Maintain training records for annual review.
· Coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop.
· Responsible for Singapore (domestic and travel retail), Malaysia and Thailand.
Requirements
· Possess at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail as a Trainer. Experience in luxury watch industry is a plus.
· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Preferably ACTA/ACLP or DACE certified.
· Competent in content curation and development, with knowledge in various training methodologies.
· Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of Company information.
