Beauty Training Manager

Job Description

• Oversee and manage all beauty training programs within the company
• Develop structured training curriculum for new and existing beauticians
• Standardise treatment protocols and ensure consistent service standards
• Conduct practical, hands-on training in facial techniques, skin analysis and consultation skills
• Evaluate and certify beauticians through structured competency assessments
• Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs and service guidelines
• Monitor treatment quality and provide coaching to improve performance standards
• Work closely with management to implement new treatments and service improvements
• Provide product knowledge training and technical support to staff
• Analyse customer feedback and training outcomes to enhance service quality
• Mentor senior beauticians to strengthen internal training capabilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry
• Proven experience in staff training, mentoring or supervisory role
• Strong technical expertise in facial treatments and skin analysis
• Experience in developing structured training programs and service SOPs
• Good leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to travel for training and performance assessment duties
