Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Gallery Consultant to support the daily operations of our gallery across bridal services, ready-to-wear online retail, and home & décor businesses. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills within a creative and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with daily gallery operations to maintain smooth workflow across bridal, fashion, and home décor segments
• Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to provide accurate product information and enhance customer experience
• Coordinate online and offline sales activities to support order processing and sales tracking
• Handle stock by receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory to ensure product availability and presentation
• Set up product displays and assist with basic merchandising to attract customer interest and promote sales
• Support the planning and execution of events, appointments, and showroom activities to facilitate customer engagement
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different business units to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service
