Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reporting of trading positions and P&L for the trading team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clearing brokers to ensure accurate trade matching on the trade date.
- Work closely with traders to address and resolve any discrepancies in P&L or trade bookings.
- Assist in market analysis and contribute to reports and presentations.
- Analyze trading performance, P&L attribution, and risk metrics.
- Drive process improvements in trade booking, position reconciliation, and P&L reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the trading team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the oil trading sector or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and Chinese for effective communication with stakeholders.
