We are working with a global investment bank to look for an experienced Trade Operations professional to join their APAC Capital Markets Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile trades across front, middle, and back-office systems
- Monitor and facilitate trade settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations and investigations of any trade breaks
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and market standards
- Maintain accurate trade records and assist with audit and reporting processes
- Support and lead any process improvements and automation initiatives / projects
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of trade operations / management / support experience, ideally with strong product exposure in Fixed Income (i.e., bonds, repo, money market)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in trade management systems and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
