. Understand key project requirements in order to effectively design the system and its components.

. Liaise with vendors for component and material specifications.

. Liaise with sub-contractors for fabrication and manufacturing.

. Use Solidworks to design system components:

1. Container designer & small structural assemblies.
2. Lifting & tie-down provisions for cargo loading.
3. Vehicular platforms/decks.
4. Interface brackets and mounting.

. Carry out system and design analysis including:

1. Finite Element Analysis
2. Computational Fluid Dynamics
3. Shock and vibration simulation
4. Heat flow and cooling analysis
5. Design and ventilation

. Space layout for system integration:

1. Seating
2. Equipment Racks
3. Tailgate System
4. Generator and power supply
5. HVAC
6. Fire suppression systems

. Prepare production drawings according to the relevant standards.

. Maintain proper records of project drawings and documentation.

1. Update drawings in accordance with the relevant company procedure and engineering standards.
2. Maintain all revisions of project drawing.
3. Update and maintain drafting log

. Prepare engineering documents for Client submissions.

1. Prepare manuals for component/assemble installations and integration.
2. Prepare Bill of Material

. Provide project support as required.

1. Design reviews with customers.
2. System qualification testing, verification and acceptance.
3. Documentation support.
4. System Safety Assessment
