- Lead and manage the tenders team in preparing and submitting tenders for Civil Infrastructure and LTA/Governmental projects.
- Oversee pricing, risk assessment, and tender strategies to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
- Develop and mentor Junior, Executive, and Senior QS team members to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address tender clarifications and technical queries.
- Monitor the tender pipeline, track forecasts, and report on tender performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline
- Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
