Telemarketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our IT solutions and services.
• Identify potential customer needs and create interest in our offerings.
• Schedule appointments for the direct sales team to meet with prospective clients.
• Promote and secure attendance for solution center tours to demonstrate our products value.
• Build rapport with customers, effectively handling objections and inquiries.
• Communicate product benefits and features to prospects with confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment status, and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer data is up-to-date and organized for effective follow-through.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT products or solutions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications an advantage
• Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is preferred; product training will be provided.
