Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide timely reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with both indoor and outdoor client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
