Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and recommend tailored security solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, deliver system demos, and provide technical presentations to clients.
- Validate system configurations, quotations, and technical specifications for projects.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems.
- Train internal sales and technical teams on new solutions and best practices.
- Support project teams post-sale, offering guidance and technical expertise.
- Prepare training materials and deliver client workshops.
- Continuously develop knowledge of security technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in security or electronic systems, preferably with pre-sales exposure.
- Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is a plus.
- Solid IT knowledge including networking and database basics.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to balance multiple projects.
- Experience in multinational companies or cross-border projects is an advantage.
