Technical Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to AI-enabled solutions and supply chain processes to support agile project delivery. The role will work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, ensuring high-quality solution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.

• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Ensure full traceability of user stories to business requirements and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment.

• Support implementation of AI technologies (e.g., Azure AI Foundry and related platforms) within business solutions.

• Track and report on team performance metrics and delivery progress.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including collation of results and tracking of defect fixes.

• Provide strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

• Ensure alignment between supply chain processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash) and delivered solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 8 years working experience as a Business an analyst and proven experience implementing or supporting AI technologies (e.g., Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms).

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Strong experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

• Experience ensuring requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience supporting UAT coordination and defect management.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives.

• Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is a plus.
