Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes to provide a clear and comprehensive view.
- Identify technical requirements and problem areas through detailed analysis.
- Structure, scope, and translate business needs into welldefined technical projects.
- Design endtoend solutions, propose implementation options, and make recommendations aligned with firmwide goals.
- Drive product design by partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
- Create and maintain highly accurate product and project documentation.
- Manage functional and technical knowledge, ensuring open issues are driven to closure.
- Establish implementation plans, monitor project progress, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and converting them into precise and comprehensive specifications.
- Exceptional documentation capabilities aligned with structured standards.
- Ability to abstract concepts, identify gaps, connect information, and ask the right questions.
- Strong partnershipbuilding skills with global senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Good understanding of software/hardware concepts, system architecture, and SDLC (Agile or Waterfall).
- Knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, Futures, Options, or Fixed Income instruments.
- Selfdriven, detailoriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of industry experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a Technical Business Analyst role.
- Handson programming experience (Python or KDB+/q preferred).
- Strong experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira, including macros and plugins.
- Proven ability to initiate, define, drive, and deliver projects with clear milestones.
