Technical Assistant (Marine Sector)

Responsibilities:

. Sound technical knowledge of marine engineering, shipbuilding & repair.

. Good understanding of international maritime regulations.

. Good communication & analytical skills.

. Must be willing to travel to vessels when required and be available 24/7 for emergency response.

. Working closely with your crew, you will ensure that the vessels are well-maintained and seaworthy

. You will monitor the daily operations of the vessels assigned

. Preparing technical specifications for docking.

. Be involved in preparing the vessels for inspections and audits.

. Prior experience with technical management will be an advantage.

. Proactive with active participation.

Requirement:

. Candidates should possess a tertiary education, with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the maritime industry.
