- Position : Technical Application Engineer
- Location : Gul Avenue (Company Transport to Nearby MRT)
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12-18 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Support product qualification, installation, and troubleshooting at customer sites
- Conduct electroplating & surface treatment trials (DOE) to demonstrate process capability
- Operate analytical instruments (SEM-EDX, GC-MS, ICP-MS, XRF, etc.)
- Lead start-up support for new chemical and equipment installations
- Investigate quality issues perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Audit customer processes and recommend optimisation improvements
- Optimise process parameters and running costs
- Deliver technical presentations and customer training
- Support Sales with technical input for commercial proposals
- Maintain detailed service documentation and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Travel within TAP region (MY, VN, PH, TH, ID) 1-2 times per month
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in surface treatment (Electronics/Semiconductor industry)
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with process equipment in manufacturing
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- Willing to travel when required
