Job Description

. Report to & assist the main technician who is also one of the safety officers

. Adhere to safe operating procedures

. Install and commissioning of various types of food packaging machine for clients

. Provide packaging trial -runs for food sealing machine

. Perform on-site or in-house servicing, maintenance and repair of clients machine when malfunctioning occurs and replace faulty components

. Renew servicing contracts with clients and service their machine

. Keeping track of clients machine maintenance record, as well as records of the annual and quarterly servicing contracts and information pertaining to machine breakdowns and diagnosis

. Deliver machinery and goods, hand over documentation (invoices, delivery orders) and collect payment, if applicable

. Provide technical support to clients by communicating with clients through phone calls, messaging or video conferencing over the telephone to help them troubleshoot faulty operations.

. Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the Management (eg assisting the warehouse personnel due to shortage of manpower)

Job Requirements

. ITE certificate holders in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

. Fresh graduates are welcomed

. Preferably possesses a valid class 3 driving license

. Able to carry handle heavy loads using stacker

. Hardworking ,responsible and willing to learn attitude

. Able to work overtime when necessary (OT Claimable)
