Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Management: Oversee mobilization and demobilization of personnel, including OEMs and visitors.
  • Timesheet Management: Manage timesheets for 20–25 field service engineers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Service Request / NCR Summary: Prepare summaries for GTC and GTCC; manage increasing workloads as required.
  • Technical Support: Assist with punch list management during commissioning and start-up phases, including training coordination.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Technical Documentation: Read, interpret, and manage drawings, datasheets, and other technical documents.
  • Proforma Invoices: Prepare proforma invoices as required.
