We are seeking a Tech Refresh Engineer to support a large-scale IT refresh project within a healthcare environment. The role involves device deployment and replacement activities while ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-user device refresh activities including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Conduct data migration and basic application setup
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and standard applications
- Perform hardware replacement, asset tagging, and documentation
- Coordinate with end users to schedule refresh activities efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic post-deployment issues and escalate where necessary
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT policies, security, and data privacy standards
- Work closely with project teams to meet deployment timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or tech refresh experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and troubleshooting
- Experience in device deployment, imaging, or migration activities
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
- Working hours: 5.5 working days, 44 hours work week.
