Job Summary
You will be evaluated for either the Associate Engineer (Equipment Engineering) or Associate Engineer (Process Engineering) role based on your relevant experience and qualifications. Both positions require working 12‑hour rotating shifts to support silicon wafer manufacturing, ensuring sustained process integrity and equipment readiness for production.
Your Job:
Associate Equipment Engineers are responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and assists with equipment installation and improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Associate Process Engineers will assist with process qualification, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement activities while troubleshooting process-related issues to minimize lot holds and production downtime. Monitoring and enhancing process performance using SPC and other statistical tools, and coordinating with specialists to meet module objectives with strict adherence to SOPs. Contribute to process improvement projects, QIT programs, and internal audits in collaboration with QA, while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and proper custody of tools, equipment, and module property.
