Shifts

• Morning: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM (last order at 10:30 PM)

Salary & Growth Path

• Trainee: $1,800/month
• With experience: From $2,000/month
• Junior Level: Up to $2,500/month (after confirmation: $2,700)
• Senior Level: $2,700 - $2,900/month
• Monthly Store Incentive: +$150
• Minimal or no overtime required

What You'll Do

• Craft premium tea beverages with care, precision, and consistency
• Deliver friendly, attentive service that makes customers feel valued
• Take orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with deliveries
• Follow operational, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
