OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a maternity leave within our HR team. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, supporting business leaders in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet our organisational goals. You will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
The maternity cover position will be for a period of 6 months. The employment may be extended upon mutual agreement due to business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units, including job requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
- Manage applicant trackers and ensure accurate, up-to-date recruitment records
- Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives, as well as early careers programs or events where applicable
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Other HR administrative tasks/projects as and when assigned
KEY QUALITIES
- Good understanding of Employment Law and HR practices IHRP-CP certification is a plus
- Prior experiences in end-to-end recruitment, familiarity with Professional Services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, balancing flexibility with strong business discipline
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Possess the ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
