Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Singapore. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the companys growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws in Singapore
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Experience in tech, finance, or multinational companies is a plus
