The role also offers exposure to occasional overseas travel to member countries such as Japan and South Korea, supporting HR outreach initiatives.

The HR professional should bring a strong passion for talent acquisition to support the evolving needs of an international organisation. With access to external recruiters, the hire will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle while contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

The successful hire (3-10 years experience) may be an incumbent HR Generalist covering talent acquisition, or a Talent Acquisition specialist keen to broaden into a more holistic HR role. A track record in local and/or regional hiring, particularly within Southeast Asia, will be advantageous. The ability to communicate effectively within a professional and multi-cultural environment will be key to success.

As this is a compact HR team, in addition recruitment, the hire can expect to develop professionally by contributing to broader HR functions within a lean and collaborative team.

As it is typical with International Organisations, this is a permanent employment structured as a 24 month term to start before being rebased on a permanent contract basis.
