Job Description
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support Administration and Ancillary functions.
- Drive HR initiatives including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower deployment and workforce planning.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations and provide policy guidance.
- Support leadership development and staff training initiatives.
- Supervise and coach junior HR team members.
- Review and enhance HR policies to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Participate in HR projects and organisational initiatives.
- Work with Centres of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
- At least 7 years of HR Business Partnering experience with strong recruitment exposure.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
