Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore. The Education & Career Guidance Specialist will work closely with students to provide tailored support in academic and career planning. Responsibilities include advising students on educational pathways and career options, delivering training sessions, assisting with university application processes, and offering personalized solutions to address students needs. The role also involves fostering positive relationships with students to ensure their growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring, advising, or guiding individuals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and address their needs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team
• Ability to work 3 weekdays and 2 weekends
• Bachelor's degree from a top ranked university
