Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, letters, and parcels, ensuring proper distribution to relevant personnel.
  • Arrange courier services and track deliveries as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
  • Provide refreshments (e.g., water, beverages) to guests and meeting attendees.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared prior to meetings.
  • Support general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum [Diploma / GCE O Level /equivalent qualification].
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner and good at problem solving.
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas or trading industry is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
