Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (2-year Contract)

Primary Purpose:

To provide recruitment support to the Retail, F&B & Corporate team in Singapore. Serve as a key recruitment partner to the business while working alongside HRBP teams.

Recruitment

• Support all recruiting efforts for F&B, Retail & Corporate Team in Singapore.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.

• Research and create an external database of qualified candidates for all levels of positions proactively.

• Develop candidate sourcing strategies, process job requisitions, coordinate advertising for open positions and screen resumes.

• Leverage and develop all possible candidate sourcing channels to drive a higher volume of qualified talent into our hiring process.

• Conduct interviews and provide comments to hiring managers.

• Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure strong experience and offer acceptance

• Manage expectations by clearly communicating hiring challenges, talent availability and recommended adjustments to role requirements or sourcing strategies

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of HR / Recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or retail industry.

• Ability to interact with all levels of people

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels

• Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.

• Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.

• Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships with different parties

• Good computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
