Job Description

This incumbent will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the organization and assists in promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience by creating a high touch environment. He/She will also help to develop and execute recruitment strategies through regular communication with Hiring Manager and candidates.

  1. Help develop and execute to recruitment strategies.
  2. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings.
  3. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions.
  4. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  5. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  6. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
  7. Negotiates and/or supports Hiring Manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
  8. Conduct employment background checks.
  9. Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
  10. Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
  11. Work on TA related projects when assigned.
  12. Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimally 5 years or more experience in in-house recruiting or in agency set up. Experience in campus recruitment is an added advantage.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Good judgement and maintains high confidentiality.
  5. Good time management, follow through and ability to multi-task.
  6. Keen eye for detail and meticulous in his/her work.
  7. Strong knowledge and experience using social media (IG/ LinkedIn.
  8. Proficient in MS Excel and related software or application for data reporting analysis.
  9. Team player who is able to work within HR network involving (HRBPs /COEs/Business stakeholders).
