Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. The Specialist will also focus on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Employer Branding skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both in an office and remotely
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
