Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates for our clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate management and client interaction. This role requires a proactive and driven individual with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Develop a good understanding of clients hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture
• Partner with Account Managers to deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and advise clients accordingly
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or above in any field
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of recruitment experience
• Possess CEI License
