This is a part-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive. The role focuses on driving effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring lifecycle, and supporting broader human resource functions. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment pipeline to meet organizational workforce needs. The position also involves enhancing employer branding initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, the role requires maintaining accurate HR records, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
