Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Project Executive / HR Coordinator. The position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with workforce planning needs.

The role also involves supporting HR initiatives and projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, improve recruitment workflows, and strengthen employer branding efforts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The position plays an important role in optimizing hiring efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting overall HR operations.
