Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive. This role will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee services, and engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Support local and overseas recruitment activities (e.g., polytechnics, ITEs, job fairs, overseas hiring exercises)
  • Maintain and update job descriptions across the organisation
  • Prepare employment contracts and related documentation
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure timely hiring for open roles
  • Coordinate employee accommodation and dormitory arrangements, including periodic checks

HR Operations & Corporate Services

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes such as performance appraisals, salary increments, and bonus exercises
  • Administer employee benefits and claims (e.g., medical, insurance, leave, WICA claims)
  • Support HR systems configuration and ensure alignment with HR processes
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee clearance, including repatriation where applicable
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and liaise with relevant government authorities
  • Manage uniform issuance and related administrative matters

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support employee relations and disciplinary matters, ensuring timely and fair resolution
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires
  • Organise employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote staff well-being and cohesion

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Diploma / Degree / Certification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
